Tony needed a good SPF sun hat to protect him whenever he goes outside. Because of all the radiation he got, he is at a very high risk of severe sunburn. The Graft vs. Host disease can also act up when he is in the sun too much. We thought Jack looked pretty good in the hat as well. My handsome boys.
My dad has a hat like that. He also has one that has as flap to cover the neck. I quite like them because they keep my neck from burning. haha. Oh! and they make an SPF 120 sunscreen now! It's hard to find though, but once I find a link for it I will send it to you. I have to use SPF 80 or higher because I burn so easy, and 120 is probably my best bet if I ever go in the water. haha I'll let you know when I find it :)

ReplyDeleteThe hat is great. But I hope you are putting lots of sunblock on your arms. Damage to your currently very sensitive skin will show up as skin cancer later on. Trust me on this one - I have the scars to show for it. I love you, Grandma Lewis
