Definitely My Son

There is no doubt about it....this kid is definitely mine. I don't know how well you can tell from the picture, but there are 3 large bumps on his head. The one on the right was from running down the hall, tripping, and hitting the door frame. The middle one was from running straight into the wall at Zumba (he obviously wasn't watching where he was  going), and the one on the left is a mystery to me.

This poor kid will probably end up with as many hospital trips as I had growing up. Born with the clumsy gene. The interesting part is he also inherited the "don't touch me" gene for when he is hurt. After he falls (daily), he prefers to "walk it off." He gets upset if I try to hug him. (But he will still accept "kisses better" for the sake of healing).

Use the Force Jack

I just found these pictures on my camera. I took them before our Utah trip that was over Halloween. Tony wanted to see Jack's costumes. We got these costumes from Unique last year for 75% off. We thought the Yoda costume would be perfect because of Jack's infamous "use the force," but unfortunately, because of his large head, the head piece is too small, and the robes are too big. Still a cute picture, but he hated wearing it.

So he ended up being the hulk so that he could match his cousin who was Captain America. He has a pretty good hulk pose here. Isn't he so cute! Love this little guy!

Waterskiing in October Anyone?

I have the coolest dad in the world who took my waterskiing during my visit, even though it was the end of October. It was actually a beautiful day in the high 60s. The water was frigid, but that's what DrySuits are for!

Cousins in Utah!

Jack and I were able to take a trip out to Utah recently to spend time with some family. Tony got stuck home working long hours, and we missed him like crazy. But I think Jack enjoyed getting to play with so many cousins. Looking back at my pictures though, I realize I only have some from my side of the family because my mom was the one taking all the pictures. I didn't bring my camera. Whoops. Jack absolutely loved playing with his Roring cousins and I am super sad I didn't catch any of it on camera.

These kiddos are only a month apart. Aren't they both adorable!

Jack is turning into a real monkey. He loves to climb anything and everything. (I have to stand by for the occasional slip).
We really enjoyed a playground that was near my parents house.

Joseph has a killer smile. It lights up his whole face!

And my little daredevil loved the huge slide.

King of the Mountain!

The boys loved watching each other swing....

And Jack's favorite game is to kick mommy.

Both boys have a fascination with belly buttons.

My mom took some really great pictures of my little Jacko. Isn't he the cutest thing you ever did see?

These pictures are of my brother and his kiddo, and then me and my kiddo.

And here is grandma with her favorite grandkids.

She looks more like she should be their mom, instead of their grandma, huh? I have one hot mama!

We got to go to Jack's cousin Tylee's birthday party. They had a minion piƱata. As you can see, Jack had a blast hitting the crap out of it.

And here are 4 of the Fantastic Five 2012 boys.
